Leigh Bakhtiari, President, CFE, CSLB
As an owner and President of City Carpets since 1993, Leigh Bakhtiari plays an integral role in Northern California’s flooring industry. An active member of the Advisory Council for Gulistan Carpet Mills, Leigh is a Certified Flooring Executive through the World Floor Covering Association, past President of the Redwood Empire Floor Covering Association (REFCA) and is a licensed flooring Contractor. Beyond the titles, the knowledge she has acquired within the industry is a definite advantage when providing flooring solutions to City Carpets clients.

Hossein Bakhtiari, Owner
Hossein is City Carpets Vice-President and our sales & installation manager. Prior to opening the San Rafael showroom with his wife Leigh, Hossein managed a retail group of 5 flooring stores in the Bay Area. His product knowledge is extensive and his understanding that great value comes with exceptional quality is only matched by his commitment to customer service. Hossein readily shares his knowledge with customers and his staff.

Nicole has shared her passion for design and color with customers at City Carpets’ San Rafael location since 2002. Her professional education has included numerous design classes and training courses. Nicole combines her technical knowledge with her sense of style to offer valuable design suggestions on color and texture.
